It is extremely discouraging to see our CEO continue to bring in 150M+ bonuses when employees, including senior staff, cannot afford to live within a 45 minute radius of the office he so desperately needs us to be in. I spend two hours in the car daily to commute to an office where I sit on zoom calls for the entirety of the day. Team productivity has completely ranked since return to office and no one seems to care. The “green” initiatives are also laughable. Consider removing 1000+ cars from the roads of Los Angeles versus asking your employees to bike to the gym instead of drive. When they hired EH, everything was employee-forward. Now that we are public, no one cares. Employee satisfaction surveys are now gone. All that will be left working here is the segment of people close to retiring, all young talent is leaving.
