Pros

Training was thorough and even after training you're usually always around people that can help and answer questions for you. Benefits weren't too bad Positions are based on a rotation system so they do a good job at making sure everyone gets at least one break per shift.

Cons

Developing can be really competitive If you start out as part time and are looking to go full time there is usually a list, there's no telling when you'll get the position, they full time spots as needed going down the names on the list. Management teams are a hit or miss depending on the attraction

Pros

Great hourly people who are knowledgeable and helpful. They really make a fun team. Safety is better than most places. There is a lot of pride in what is done here by all the working people.

Cons

Management. There is no value placed on anyone without a degree. The people who have worked here since it was a dirt patch are disregarded and lately it seems like they are actively being pushed out. Outsiders and Disney people seem to be preferred now. We used set ourselves apart from Disney. Now it seems like a quite takeover.
