Pros

Josh is very good boss , he notices hard work , I started as soux chef beginning of last semester so in one semester I got 2 raises and took over head chef duties , I like being able to create my own menus and cook the food that I want to cook , I had a family issue that I didn’t take any time off for but Josh told me to take as much time as I needed so I like how flexible uppercrust and or Josh is. Josh took all my calls whenever I needed help or whenever there was an issue he listened and did his best to solve the problem without conflicts.

Cons

My brother works for Greek house chefs so I know they pay better than uppercrust , I work at farmhouse which is your biggest account in Lincoln , my brother works for a sorority for Greek chefs that almost feeds as many as farmhouse does but since I’m feeding guys I’m doing about double the amount of work that my brother does and I’m making less money and we have the same job title.

I get to cook for my boys at the frat house and try new menu items on them!

No summer work is available without going to camp
