      1.) Excellent Managment team focusing on employee growth 2.) Real Technology Company that does enterprise-wide solutions deliverables and utilizes the same innovation and technology to do Staffing in IT, CPA and F&A 3.) Team has never let me down nor will I ever let the team down because of the high level of trust 4.) Transparency throughout the organization that is carried out while dealing with our customers. 5.) Spirit of work life balance that extends to personal family obligations that are always met 6.) Training programs from one on one mentoring to top industry standards offered 7.) Safe, fair, and collaborative work environment

      Pros

      Amazing Management and training. The Management and your co-workers truly give you all the tools and help needed to succeed. Great benefits and PTO for a smaller sized organization, Great pay and lots of opportunity to work you way up the company latter and make a difference.

      Cons

      A Nicer 401k Match would be nice, However I understand that is very challenging for a smaller company these days with how expensive things are.

      Pros

      I've worked with Eric for the past couple weeks while applying for a position at myNexus. Eric saw something in my (and my future co-worker) that many recruiters might have missed. Because of his many years of experience and knowledge of what myNexus needed and what I was looking for, he brought us together in what I feel will be a perfect fit for all. When Eric was not available, Joe stepped in and made sure everything kept moving smoothly. Great teamwork from an executive level! That is a sign of great leadership and passion! I can't saw enough about the professionalism this company has shown me in this short time. I would certainly recommend them to any professional looking for the 'right' job!

      I have not seen a weakness.
