Pros

It paid the bills. Casual dress on Mondays and Fridays. They provide free bagels once a month.

Cons

Worst environment to work at. This place is a joke! No accountability whatsoever. Everyone from all levels of the company from upper management to test analysts all pass the buck and blame each other for the company's downfall. There is no trust among peers and a whole lot of backbiting and backstabbing. Whoever works here will appreciate any position they find once they leave. (Even if that position is for a janitor cleaning toilets). And if you're looking for a place that has an option for telecommuting, look elsewhere. No chance for that here.

Glassdoor refuses to remove this post even though its obviously for the wrong company. We don't hire QA Analysts as we don't do dev ops or software development. We are an A/E - PM/CM firm that manages and designs construction projects for the federal government. Seems like a pretty poor system that would allow someone to post a review for a company that they can't prove they work for, but here we are. We are not a 'nightmare' company. In fact the real VCI (Offices in New Orleans, Covington, Denver) has employees all over the country (80+), a majority working from home or on project sites. We offer generous benefit packages, competitive pay, and an environment that allows true professionals to self govern and set their own course.
