Not a single pro to list

Management is terrible, lies, and forgets to do their tasks. Then they ask you for the status of that tasks. They promise raises but don't follow through. Management lacks clear communication and transparency. Unaware how it has occurred, but management is dependent on subordinates for knowledge of how to complete tasks.
