Sometimes inconsistent- a 2 bedroom condo pays better than a 5 bedroom house. There’s lack of support at times- the cleaning crew- management included always had a huge disconnect with the main office and staff such as property managers. Made it feel as though one department works against the other. Not a lot of accountability for those that do not do their job fully or to the company’s standards.
