I love that I have shift work. It helps with my mental health knowing those I care for are under good care when I leave work. Love my co-workers! VH gets the work-life balance.

Vail is an expensive place to live. Even with good pay, it is hard to be a single person living in the valley. VH is trying and we are remote so resources are limited in the mountains, which is hard as a social worker.
