      Pros

      You choose how many and what clients you want as long as schedules are agreed upon. Some safety nets like payment in the case of no-show.

      Cons

      You never know if the student will cooperate or listen. Could be dealing with inattentive students just because parents wanted to check the box "child has received tutoring".

      Pros

      Flexible schedule around my availability.

      Cons

      Low pay; getting paid is hit or miss with automatic invoicing. Company has been losing money in the tens of millions of dollars since at least the time they went public, sometime this decade. I'm not sure where the hundred of dollars customers are charged monthly is going.
