Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re really glad to hear that the hybrid setup and flexible PTO have been a positive part of your experience. Creating an environment that supports balance and flexibility is something we care deeply about. We also appreciate you calling out your concerns around salary and commission. That kind of feedback matters and plays an important role in how we continue to grow and improve. We are committed to regularly evaluating our compensation practices so they stay competitive and reflect the value our team members bring. Our SDR team does important work and we want to make sure people feel supported and set up for success. If you’re open to it, we always encourage sharing feedback directly as well so we can continue building a workplace that reflects our values and supports everyone.

Pros

Coworkers are great, company offers a lot of opportunities that you may not get elsewhere, and the talent pool is largely fantastic.

Cons

Processes in place for changes and performance management don't always make sense. Gaps between managers and communication/decision making across departments and teams can cause significant issues.
