      Pros

      Self directed, employee owned company. (at least I assume they are still an ESOP) This means people who possess some leadership qualities, are self directed and/or highly motivated will thrive here. If you don't have a least one of these qualities you wont be a good fit.

      Cons

      Long hours, multitasking, always were working under tight deadlines. Rapidly changing business plans/models require a lot of flexibility and personal sacrifice.

      Pros

      Work hard, play hard. No hand holding. Get your work done and noone has an issue with you. Be communicative with others and you are golden child.

      Cons

      Going through hard times at the moment in the industry. Have had to cut down on team size and functionality. Leads to day-to-day silo experience. Should get better knowing the culture and ethics of the company.

      They didn't have the infrastructure to support the transition from print to SaaS.
