      I love the product itself and am proud to be working on it. The team here is wonderful and truly feels like a second family. Excellent work-life balance. The company strategy is very clear to the employees, and we know exactly what is expected of us.

      Pros

      - Corporate culture - Interesting business trips - Existence of the year bonus - Payment for the lunches - Cool team buildings - Amazing team

      Cons

      - Salary increase per year is just 50$ gross (max is 200$ but in case you are promoted from Manager to Lead) - I had the same amount of the year bonus for the whole period of my work - No opportunity to work remotely from any other country, you have to stay in your country and go to office on a hybrid mode
