I need a publisher for cons. 1. All good work credit goes to manager. 2. All not so good/bad works credit remain with developer 3. Appraisals happen on the basis of relationship with manager NOT ON YOUR DELIVERIES 4. Upper management is too much dependent on single person (manager) so they can not take action even if they want. 5. Only after leaving the company, I came to know that WORK LIFE BALANCE actually exists.
