      Management - they defiantly have favorites. Co-Workers - you have to watch your back as they will talk about you or run and tell management. Too much drama

      Pros

      VytlOne is a company that makes me feel appreciated. I am happy to be working with VytlOne. I feel heard. I enjoy the people I work with and making a difference in their lives.

      Cons

      There are some days I miss working in the office. Seeing co-workers and able to share feedback, meetings, recognition in person rather than virtually, but I have grown to love remote work.
