Pros

Remote work Leaving HR team was pleasant

Cons

A profoundly disappointing experience marked by an unhealthy and toxic culture. Leadership appears to operate on blatant favoritism, prioritizing a select few while neglecting broader team cohesion and morale. The company lacks a competent compliance department, leaving critical oversight glaringly absent. This absence is compounded by a pervasive culture of bullying, particularly among executives, fostering a hostile and demoralizing work environment. Rather than embodying a cohesive vision or aligning employees around shared goals, the company seems to drift aimlessly in multiple, often conflicting directions. There is no meaningful corporate culture to inspire a sense of belonging or value among employees. Instead, it feels as though individuals are disposable, with no genuine effort to invest in their well-being or professional growth. This fractured and unwelcoming atmosphere is reflective of an organization that fails to prioritize its people, its mission, or any semblance of ethical leadership. A truly disheartening and alienating experience.

Pros

VytlOne is a company that makes me feel appreciated. I am happy to be working with VytlOne. I feel heard. I enjoy the people I work with and making a difference in their lives.

Cons

There are some days I miss working in the office. Seeing co-workers and able to share feedback, meetings, recognition in person rather than virtually, but I have grown to love remote work.
