You do not have to work with office politics. Pretty much you work from home and travel to your jobs. All medical, vision and dental are paid for.
Cons
If you're not one of the favorites, you will not last with the company. I went to Arkansas for orientation and out of the class of 20 plus, I'm one of the only to last this long. Even though you're not in the office, you have to some what deal with the office politics. And what they say in the orientation, is not true. How I feel is they think they own us, and they say jump, I honestly feel they are wanting us to respond like yes sir boss, was that good enough. I would tell anybody don't waste your time here.Don't put too much effort. They'll pretend that they will do things for you. When reality you're not gonna last. Do waste your time if you think you can make it, or retire from them. Right L.B.
