Pros
Company is doing a great job re branding itself. Field managers are wonderful and helpful. Great teamwork from them. New employees are really turning around the culture. Great benefits.
Cons
Senior leadership team needs to be revamped. Too much old blood and people in the wrong positions for their skill set. Poor leadership. Low wages and they know it! No dental or vision insurance and open enrollment for profit sharing is only in January, so if you start work in March you have to wait until you are there a year then wait until January comes again.(almost two full years)
