Pros
Growth Opportunities are available for people who are willing to drink the Kool Aid. The software is a useful nice to have and can definitely be a game changer for some companies. Also, they do throw a great party.
Cons
WalkMe has a habit of firing people a week after they get back from FMLA leave. They’ll give you an extra month of salary to keep you quiet, but for people who need protected time off, they’ll let you take it and then let you go. As much as they’re trying to be more inclusive and support DEI initiatives, mandatory RTO, parties and events that aren’t inclusive, and being so pro-Israel that they had an Israeli general give a talk on how they bombed Palestine makes it a very uncomfortable and scary work environment for people who aren’t able bodied or who might have even a mild criticism of Israel.
