I work at Disney+ with the Product & Technology org. - Great IP and often fun projects - The core teams are good to work with - Fairly innovative space due to streaming competition - Decent pay without being as demanding as FAANG

- Exec Leadership is of a very different culture than the rest of Disney (not in a good way) - Been in a state of transitional re-org for over a year and everything is neglected and strained - Low morale due to poor accountability from leadership, hazy path to career progression, very unequal enforcement of RTO, and organizational chaos
