No cons to complain about

Better than prison ditch digging

HOT, filthy dirty, smelly, loud, dangerous place to work. Pay is not commensurate with the work demands and conditions. Private Equity owned, which means consistently downsizing manpower, transferring work to remaining employees. Consistently decreasing benefits yr after yr, pay has been usurped by other local companies. Used to be highest paid jobs with best benefits within a 50 mile radius, but no more. Every year wages slip behind other companies and benefits decline.
