Pros

Flexible schedules. Wegmans truly cares for their employees & give time off for any issue, find you help for any issue, train you for advancement & matching (up to 3%) 401 K. 50 cent raise every 6 months & 2 weeks off/year paid.

Cons

Encourage you to move up in the company. If all you want to do is stay same level, you just train new people constantly & then they move on. Once you reach pay cap, you have to move up to get more $.

Can be very busy and fast-paced, especially on weekends and holidays. Standing for long periods can be physically tiring. Schedules may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Customer-facing roles sometimes involve dealing with upset or impatient customers. During peak hours, the workload can be stressful. Management is very rude and is not very accommodating about personal situations.
