Pros
The healthcare and areas ws serves, the direct teammates you work with
Cons
You want to like this place , they built a shiny new office and try to pretend culture is good. Truly the worst place I’ve worked in 2 decades. No one know what is going on, leadership is the opposite of transparent, lie in town halls to their whole employee base. You’re expected to work from 6am-9pm no matter what your role, pay is horrendous, still going to a back to office model, and get treated so badly, no recognition. It’s basically like the love child if cerner and a start up had a baby. Don’t do it and if you’re there, grass is greener on any other side. Legitimately have ptsd from this skuzzbucket of a company. I’m really not sure they’re going to survive after the mass exodus and plummeting culture that’s been going on all year. it’s like nothing I’ve ever seen.
