I came in during a transition so the staffing has not been great, however, it's improving

My coworkers and immediate leadership were helpful and supportive.

Pay is low. I started to feel the burn in my right shoulder from the constant repetitive nature of opening up boxes, stocking. No safety in the employee parking lot when leaving.
