      Pros

      WhyGen is the only company I have ever worked for that truly rewards my efforts. You are invested in as an individual, given all the tools necessary to succeed, and get to flourish as a result. Amazing company culture. Phenomenal pay. Great people.

      Cons

      This is an input -> output job. If you are not willing to put in the effort than you will not find success. If you are someone who knows how to tighter up their boot straps and put in the work, there is no other job you’ll be happier with.
