Blair is at a really awkward phase for such an old firm. Due to delusions of grandeur, and overly aggressive growth goals, they fell well under the reputation of stability they are so desperatly attempting to convey. This year they missed the targets by 90% which is absurd, as shown by 20% layoffs. The hard truth is Blair is just a place for elbow-throwing middle managers who jockey for personal gain and do not have neither customer's nor employee's best interests in mind.
