Nothing. They lie to you about pay and their hiring team tells you that you get hourly plus commitions.
Cons
The Verizon in Cumberland RI (and other locations) is an absolute waste of your time. The owners don’t care about the employees hence why the turn over rate is through the roof. They consistently change the composition of ur income and it’s never in your favor. They don’t pay you an hourly it’s only commission , which would be fine if their hiring people understood how draw checks and commission structure worked. They lie to you to get you in the door then fire you after you question their lack of pay and also missed pay they owe. If you were never in the industry you won’t make it since they have 0 training team , which luckily wasn’t a problem for me. Horrible management.
