      Convenient proximity to South Station and easy access to the Seaport District, offering both excellent transit options and nearby dining and amenities

      Cons

      Experience has been overwhelmingly negative. The workload is consistently excessive, to the point where maintaining any sense of balance was impossible. The environment is chaotic, exhausting, toxic, and unsustainably demanding. PIPs are used to address situations where employees struggle under unreasonable workloads, rather than addressing the underlying issues. Escalation is futile.

      The work life balance is second to none. Low stress in my current position Benefits are great Compensation is great People are great Mutual respect is an actual thing here Great opportunity for remote work without being constantly policed; I’m trusted to get my work done and I do, happily.

      None at all! This place is unbelievable!
