No cons that I can think of

Convenient proximity to South Station and easy access to the Seaport District, offering both excellent transit options and nearby dining and amenities

Experience has been overwhelmingly negative. The workload is consistently excessive, to the point where maintaining any sense of balance was impossible. The environment is chaotic, exhausting, toxic, and unsustainably demanding. PIPs are used to address situations where employees struggle under unreasonable workloads, rather than addressing the underlying issues. Escalation is futile.
