Pros

Competitive benefits (lots of vacation days).

Cons

I have never witnessed such horrible management. From the middle layer up to VPs, everything is inefficient, unproductive and offensive to hardworking team members. Management doesn't listen to employees, seems to have no idea how things actually work, and values management ego over people. HR is firmly aligned with the management layer at the expense of productive staff, and will betray employees rather than offer them assistance or protection. No career opportunities either -- you either stay on the working cog layer, where you are actively undermined and unappreciated, or you move to the management layer, where you are required to turn in your soul and become absolutely useless. It would be laughable if people’s livelihoods weren’t constantly being threatened. Anyone considering working here, beware.

Pros

Some good coworkers, was good till they put in a time keeping system that took the flexibility away

Cons

I don't know how many years I told them that they should train me on regressions in case my supervisor went on vacation. My warnings fell on deaf ears. It was flexible and remote until they decided to force people back to an office that lacked proper equipment. I don't know where my final straw was - VP's hosting a lunch that included lobster and steak to brag about profits and bonuses that no one got but the higher ups - Not willing to pay overtime to be able to get through the insane workload - The company proudly boasting about buying Meta real estate - Most likely though is when my supervisor went on a vacation and a bug got through because they never trained me in regressions, and no one else could do it for the software and she tried to throw me under the bus for it... The systems are outdated, the software is outdated, and there is 0 training
