      Flexible working hours-fast career growth- online work

      Cons

      No job contract even though I asked many times which leads to job insecurity- high pressure for achieving results and unappretiation which cause lack of motivation- low salary and compensation compared to the job title and loads of work- promotion without salary increase - unprofessional treatment.

      Pros

      First of all Workhint company has a great product and a great leader. And work with Workhint make you feel you’re working with huge company because of technological development and every day I was learning a new things.

      Cons

      Not because of company but because of working remotly, u don’t working well and learning good as working on site
