Pros

The organization is filled with lifers, with many employees working 10+ years. They clearly work for more than just a paycheck so more power to them. Everybody is extremely nice to each other and departments make intentional efforts to be collaborative and integrated in their marketing efforts.

Cons

Hard time retaining younger talent, low salary range compared to local comps, lack of diversity in senior leadership, slow to adoption of new technology and modern marketing

We’re grateful to hear that our flexible work environment and benefits supported you well. As a ministry, we remain committed to cultivating meaningful growth for our staff—believing every person is called to grow, belong in community, and become who God created them to be. Our compensation approach reflects our responsibility to steward donor resources faithfully, and we remain competitive, continuing to invest in development and pathways that support both calling and long-term impact.
