      Genuinely a great place to work. Values are important here

      Cons

      There's not much else to complain about besides wanting higher pay. This place pays competitively to the market value, the market value is just too low and should be higher. WWT could increase the value, but they have pay "caps" for certain positions to help make sure this doesn't happen. WWT also used to cover medical costs increases, but they have stopped doing that and it has made a clear affect on my take home pay.

      Tools are very good to work with

      Cons

      They lie alot, promise alot of possible opportunities and in the end will off shore your role for a cheaper cost immediately. New rules about relocation, management is very good at saying what you want to hear and not follow up. Culture does not allow for any suggestions or feedback, if you do not get along with off shore team, you are not considered viable
