* Poor leadership * Lay-offs every year, usually 2x a year * Investor group controls more than leadership leads you to believe * Leadership talks out of both sides of their mouth * Salaries are 20% lower than industry standards * Issues retaining clients * Issues landing new clients * Fees are to expensive to competitors * Promote people that are not manager ready or manager material * Lead you to believe you are doing a great job, then they lay you off & no reason given why you were on the 'list' * Leadership would rather lay you off than work with you to be successful * Leadership pretends to listen to you when you come to them with an issue. They tell you they will address it. Then you do not hear an update and then you find out that they never addressed the issue with the department or individual. * Team members are always asking about your personal life, I do not like to share that info.
