      Rude, arrogant, belittling management, devoid of personality, professionalism, respect or intelligence. Every second you spend on company premises is watched. Zero autonomy. Toilet breaks time. No lunch break. If you're not a Stokie that has passed the 10 year initiation ceremony, or are willing to lay down with rats and get your nose soiled, you will not progress.

      Pros

      Great teammates. Extremely collaborative & everyone had each other's backs.

      Cons

      You have to stay on top of management when it comes to entering the next level in employment. Ex - trading assistant probationary months into full pay trading assistant. Also when you want to become a senior trading assistant. You have to press your own managers for this. They also don't provide structured training, nor do they properly guide a struggling employee in helping them improve lacking skills. The team is great, but you have to stay on top of management at times.
