Poor owner management, lack of vision for sales division and true leadership. Mainly no communication or direction and each week you are questioned on "what's in the pipeline" instead of working closely with management or team to establish connections and engagements. Owners like to take control over everything, little abilities for managers to make decisions and help with the true vision. The insight for eBay partnership is closed lip, don't know what the true relationship is or "partnership" is when there is no appearances from eBay at all to employees. The owners don't like to be the "bad guy" so they have other people have crucial conversations and let people go without warning. Reps and managers are not given true opportunities to make smart or even risk deals.
