Pros

- Lot of opportunity for growth - Solid incentive payout if you can reach goals - Recruiting makes effort to get a diverse group of people most departments. Lots of personalities, backgrounds, and career stages. Made it a interesting place to work and learn from others. -Good hours to get around ATL traffic.

Cons

- Lost all sense of community and is fully focused on rapid growth. Members often complained that it feels like any other major bank. - Goals are out of touch with business. - Base pay is on the lower side -Culture is nice nasty micromanagement
