Pros
The healthcare and vision are good packages
Cons
My tenure at LaunchTech revealed significant deficiencies in several critical areas, largely attributable to the leadership style of the CEO. Foremost among these issues was the absence of a cohesive company culture, despite assertions to the contrary by the CEO. While purportedly valuing company culture, little effort was made to cultivate a positive work environment or foster camaraderie among team members. Communication breakdowns were pervasive, with prolonged periods of silence from management exacerbating feelings of uncertainty and disengagement. Attempts to seek clarity were often met with dismissiveness, contributing to a sense of frustration and isolation within the team. Moreover, the CEO's inability to acknowledge personal mistakes was concerning. Blame-shifting seemed to be the default response to any misstep, eroding trust and accountability within the organization. Equally troubling was the CEO's demeanor towards certain customers and partners, characterized by a mean-spiritedness that bordered on unprofessionalism. Additionally, the CEO's propensity to dominate conversations and assert authority at all costs created an atmosphere of intimidation rather than collaboration. This desire to always have the loudest voice in the room stifled innovation and hindered meaningful dialogue. In conclusion, while LaunchTech may present itself as a desirable workplace, my experience revealed deep-seated issues in leadership, communication, and company culture. Prospective employees should carefully consider these factors before committing to a role within the organization.
Pros
The only pro is being away from the CEO when they are away or when we are remote, small business but it's just small backdated thinking behind the operation
Cons
Where should I start? CEO will hire you but try to do your job, frustrating, CEO will say they really care about you but they don't, they just try to use you until they run you off, Turn over is high, CEO doesn't know what their job is so it's hard to define others' role, everything starts from the top
