      Pros

      flexible hours, students work on interesting projects, build your own curriculum

      Cons

      pay is low and they lowball you, no benefits, gaps of unpaid time between students even though the job is advertised as a shift, incompetent management, your pay and hours get messed up if they mess up your scheduling, no stability in pay or hours worked.

      Pros

      Incredibly supportive management, casual working environment, supportive coworkers, and a dynamically shifting list of tasks that always keeps the job interesting.

      Cons

      The after-school nature of the coaching sessions means that, for part-timers, hours can be limited during slower seasons, and may be soft-capped to 5 hours a day maximum, depending on the season.

      -Very kind owners. -Very friendly work environment with a lot of freedom in how you choose to work with the kids. -Very fulfilling if you enjoy teaching. -Flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Not that many hours to work. Average work week for me has been around 3-6 hours a week.
