Schedule flexibility, work from home, time off

Cons

Despite constantly having successfull profits the company has been reorganizing and conducting layoffs due to the push for ai and offshoring more and more work to India. Work for my department has slowed to a crawl which leads me to believe I will face a layoff sometime soon.
