      Pros

      I came from a company that was not transparent with their employees and did not motivate nor recognize their staff members. HealthSouth has not only made me feel like a valued employee, but I feel like I am a part of a family. They focus on identifying top notch rehab equipment to produce the best outcomes for our patients as well as top of the line technology for the employees to excel in their role. I feel like I matter at HealthSouth and I am not just an employee ID number.

      Cons

      I would like to see more innovative processes continue to be put in place. Continue to think outside of the box which will set us apart from our competitors!

      Pros

      I feel that this is a place that really "walks the talk". They really try to provide excellent patient care and support the employees that work there. Benefits are very good.

      Cons

      None really - like any job there are employees who are not happy but generally they are few and far between and maybe they should move on to another job that fits their needs better.

      There are a few great coworkers and a few amazing charge nurses! 2 out 5 people that work there are wonderful!

      Cons

      Management can never give you positive feedback. Selling your soul in that building is never enough!! The feedback that you will get completely demoralizes you and makes you feel as if you're 7 years old. 9-11 patients is too much!!!!! 8-10 on days!!! The environment is toxic!
