      Pros

      Good work life balance. Friendly coworkers. Industry leader.

      Cons

      Some Engineering Managers are not qualified to make architecture decisions and some teams are sufferings from poor database architecture. Most talented developers are not staying longer than a few years. No stock, little bonus.

      Pros

      The company offers unlimited PTO and a good work-life balance.

      Cons

      There are multiple people that are manager, directors, VP's that shouldn't be. They aren't qualified and aren't effective. For a company that says they have a "start up mentality" everything takes forever to get done.
