Pros

I wish there was one.

Cons

Run away! I'm writing this because I feel I have a responsibility to my fellow marketers in Utah. This company has their heads buried in the sand. The leaders of marketing know very little about B2B marketing. You aren't going to learn any marketing skills from them. If you provide feedback, they get mad and act like children - they think you're challenging their intelligence and will label you as a "problem." The leaders don't know what true leadership is. They'll throw anyone under the bus to make themselves look good. If you want to work for a company where leadership has your back, look elsewhere. If banking wasn't so hard to get into, Enerbank would have went out of business years ago. GreenSky isn't even a bank and their eating Enerbank's lunch. If you want to be a "yes" man/woman and jump through a lot of approval hoops to make a very small "no brainer" decision, then this is the place for you. The leaders of marketing are insecure and deep down they know they could not get a leadership role in marketing at any other company. They'll try and sell you on professional growth opportunities during the interview, but there isn't any. It's a toxic environment. The marketing department is a revolving door as many people have left due to the leaders of the marketing dept. Enerbank is not worth your time.

Pros

None. Totally unethical. I seriously got an email "inviting" me to post a review on Glassdoor and Indeed saying how great the company was. Don't believe any of the good reviews about this company since they only ask employees they "think" will say good things about them to post reviews to boost their overall company rating on Glassdoor. Just a deceptive way to trick you into coming to work for them. This is just one example of the dishonest lengths they go to attract top talent. Problem is they can't keep top talent and nearly half my department has left to work elsewhere. As soon as I find a new job I will be out of here.

Cons

They literally do the opposite of their guiding principles. Horrible culture. Don't give a crap about their people. Worst part is they actually congratulate themselves on how wonderful they are and how happy their employees are. Completely out of touch with the reality. This place may not have bars on the windows, but it might as well since it is like a prison with the "guards" always watching.

Pros

They offer tuition reimbursement, which is the sole reason I remain there working along with 401k benefits. The co-workers in Provo are fantastic and it somewhat makes up for the awful HR representative and poor management.

Cons

Sitting down at a desk all day is definitely not ideal. Anything reported to HR will not be taken seriously and management does not value your opinion if you are entry level.
