Not a good place to work

Pros

competitive salary and good benefits

Cons

-Australian leadership has no clue what they're doing. -bad work life balance. expected to be available 24 hours day b/c of a "global" business. -constant reorganization. -disregarded covid guidelines and disciplined people for questioning this. -expectation to work 80+ hours per week when on salary -even on vacation you're expected to be available. -VERY bad safety record despite it allegedly being their "number one priority"

Pros

Good pay and benefits, incentives for long service and performance, and stock options. Great group of professionals, opportunities to learn, grow and advance.

Cons

Business is often unstable, many stressed external business relationships, Senior executive managers are often micro mangers. Day to Day Business is constantly under the stress financial data reported to public, which leads to decisions which are not in the best interest of the business long term.

Pros

Benefits are decent but pretty on par for the industry standard nowadays.

Cons

2nd worse management team I’ve ever dealt with, pay cuts for real workers every time there’s a slight financial strain. Big dogs still get bonuses. Hitting your production numbers doesn’t matter. You will never receive anything for it.
