      - The co is very clear in communicating the goals and how they plan to get there - The co is offering more products leading to job stability and promotions from within - Everyone is very helpful

      1. Unlimited PTO 2. Work from home 3. Good pay 4. Kind teammates

      Cons

      Management over promises and under-delivers as of recently. We don’t get the bonuses promised to us and they don’t always hear our concerns. The rest of the team is kind and we’re still compensated fairly regardless but it can be discouraging not to get what was offered.
