      This place is a career catalyst

      Pros

      They reward hard work. They respect life-work balances. The company is fun and invested in you. There's really no where else where you could communicate directly with the CEO and whole executive team. The pay is great, and the coworkers become lifelong friends.

      Cons

      As the other reviews say, it is a grind. And it should be. We're a unicorn that is meant for more, and we are very transparent about how hard we work and the type of people we're looking for. This isn't a place to be lazy or skirt by. If that's what you want, there's plenty of wonderful opportunities elsewhere.

      Pros

      If you come in and work hard, there are lots of opportunities for growth. I genuinely believe that you will get to experience things here that will add to your resume in ways that you just wouldn't get anywhere else.

      Cons

      The caveat to what I said above is that you have to work extremely hard to be successful here. That's not for everyone but if you put in the work, you'll reap the rewards 10x.

      Pros

      Everyone has a lot of motivation, and brings energy to the table. Most people are very passionate about their work. Leadership is technically proficient and quite personable. Each day poses new, difficult challenges which is always really exciting.

      Cons

      There is so much to do, it can feel overwhelming at times. That's also why I'm here, I never want to be bored!
