Consistently overloaded with unrealistic tasks and not enough hours to complete them. Management often threatened termination if expectations weren’t met, creating a toxic, high-stress environment. There was no recognition for hard work, only criticism and disrespect. The lack of support and appreciation made it an extremely difficult place to work. I was also promised a raise that was never given — just more empty words on top of unrealistic demands.
