Favoritism, a lot of pep talk for things that did not happen, snobby office staff and engineers. When they decide to terminate you, they escort you out of the facility like you are a criminal and there is a lot of tension between 1st and 2nd shifts for some reason.
Almost nothing. Some of the ppl on the floor were cool.

Almost everything. Bad training, leadership doesn’t care. Workers are paid miserably. The big wigs just hide out in there offices and hardly recognize or talk to new people. So many issues internally.
