Pros
In general, everyone is very nice and willing to spend time to help you understand what's going on. I've heard Team Leads can be a mixed bag, in my experience my TL followed my progress and was very supportive of the work I did. Campus is beautiful.
Cons
The work I did was barely intro level CS, lots of UI work which wasn't the most engrossing thing to do... I heard that this might just be for interns though ... Also, given the nature of their work (healthcare) there's a lot of QA testing and people to go through in order to release a finished project. So time to actual release is pretty long ...
