      Eh company, great team, little prospect for advancement

      Benefits are good Compensation is good The company does a very good job prioritizing work-life balance

      Cons

      The company claims to "pay for performance" but it is very difficult to get a raise, and even that seems to cap out at 3% if you really push Bonuses are also tied to performance, but individual performance might only net +5% while company performance could cut it in half. The company has claimed to have created an "individual contributor" track for advancement without having to go into people management, but there has been little information provided.       Great New Grad Program

      Pros

      I started in the new grad program, which was great because the 10 of us, even though we are in different departments, were able to get to know each other really well. Everyone in the CIE department is great as well.

      Cons

      There are no cons that I can think of.
