-Nice people -Interesting technologies and work -Flexible schedule -Most employees stay for a long time

Cons

-Poor pay and poor raises -Best talent keeps leaving -Employees frequently work weekends and evenings -For all the talk about tech and being "cutting-edge", technical decisions are not made by technical people
